Cannot exit and stops working

Graphics are first rate but the bugs in this game make it unplayable for me, might not be fully compatible with Yosemetie (Mac) exit button does not work most of the time and I have to shut down my computer to leave the game. Also does not work at a certain level and I have to lose a life and restart to get it going again. Would be interested in knowing if the other reviewer saying game does not work has just upgraded to Yosemite.
