Where did all my Elsa power ups go?

So I am about 40 levels away from summer and I have finally gotten Elsa back as a player. For the past 40 to 50 levels (probably since the ice palace) I have been earning Elsa power ups for stars and what not and now that I have her back I have no power ups. What gives???
